Whether it's preparing fresh crab, catching and filleting fish, dressing a lobster or baking the famous Westray Fattie Cutties and other local delights, we have the everything you need here; superb local produce and cooks with generations of real hands on cooking experience to call on. They will give you or a small group an unforgettable time at the West Manse.

But as you'll see below, it doesn't end there. We're equally delighted to be able to provide courses using local ingredients to create receipes with a distinctly international slant.

We are pleased to be able to host a variety of cookery courses aimed at all levels of experience from children to experienced cooks. Many of these courses are presented by guest tutors.
