March 29th: Cooking for Kids
Another fun day for the kids learning about ingredients and cooking skills. Presented by Anne Hill from Orkney College.
Course Length: 3 hours (14:00 - 17:00)

June 13th - 15th & 17th - 19th: “Artisan bread-making”
Two three day bread baking courses to be presented by Carl Shavitz of the Artisan Bread School.
Using true artisan skills and organic ingredients learn how to produce mouth-watering rustic sourdough, light airy focaccia, walnut & sultana batons using an overnight sponge and other breads during these hands-on courses.
Course Length: 3 days.
Accommodation: available
Cost: £350 per person per course, including self catering accommodation

June 25th: “Nailas Family Feast”
Authentic Pakistani recipes and techniques presented by Naila Laundy.
Chicken Biryani (show people how to cut a chicken and they can have a go if they want)
Paratha (flat bread)
Shami Kebab (beef & lentils)
Condiments - potato salad (aloo chap)/spicy mint raita and kachumber Vermicelli pudding
Course includes all ingredients, apron, food preperation and lunch.
Course Length: 6 hours including lunch (10:00 - 16:00)

August 27th: “Curry for All Seasons”
Authentic Pakistani recipes and techniques presented by Naila Laundy.
Chicken Hara (green) - fresh herb & yoghurt based
Karahi Gosht (beef)- brown spices (dry curry)
Aloo Gobhi (potato & cauliflower curry) - tomato based
Tarka Daal (lentils)
Saffron Infused fruity rice
Course includes all ingredients, apron, food preperation and lunch.
Course Length: 6 hours including lunch (10:00 - 16:00)
